Plates and Shells (2.081)

Graduate course, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Department of Mechanical Engineering (MechE), 2024

As a guest lecturer, my task was to introduce students to the Galerkin approaches and their various formulations for plates and shells. I also developed a basic Python code for the analysis of thick plates based on Mindlin theory with hybrid finite element formulation.

Nonlinear analysis of structures (CIVIL-449)

Graduate course, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering (ENAC), 2019

From 2019-2022, I participated in preparing and lecturing this master course at EPFL. With Prof. Katrin Beyer (EPFL), I worked on preparing multiple advanced topics, such as, nonlinear materials, multi-point constraints (MPC), and geometric nonlinearity. For three consecutive years, I was involved in preparing lectures and codes, as well as designing exams and correcting them.
